For first post I just want to update you guys on how I’m liking Munich so far and how the season is going. Munich is definitely the best city I’ve lived in while playing in Europe. All I need is good food, apartment and a good variety of places to shop and I’m very comfortable. Other than that my team FC Bayern Munich is treating me like a first class club and making it easy for me to concentrate on winning basketball games.
We are 4-0 with a lot of room to improve and a long road ahead of us to reach the final goal, which is the bbl title. I’m very comfortable with my new role being just a PG, with coach giving me the team on the court and trusting my ability to run the team. Not having to score makes my job easier because now I play with a team full of weapons and I can show European basketball a new side of my game that people never gave me credit for. This is a big week coming up with my euroleague debut, so stay tuned and follow me and my team for a special season…
