Euroleague Playoffs Q&A

How are you feeling after the surgery and time off?

I’m feeling good, the knee is better. Haven’t had much time to get into rhythm but playing is helping me out a lot.

Game 1 of the Euroleague Playoffs finished on a game winning bucket after your assist. Can you run us through this play?

We just knew they’d switch and most times late clock in a switch the back door is open and me and Zach talked before the play and I told him I was looking for him. It was a great play and execution.

Playing against a former team let alone winning in the final seconds is always special. How did you feel in this game?

Was a good feeling but doesn’t really matter who it is, definitely good to beat my old team but honestly I treat everybody the same when they are opponents.

Game 2 a different story than Game 1. What adjustments did you do come out with to dominate from the first minutes of the game?

We just came out more focused and ready to play from the start. The complete opposite of game 1. Attention to details and just relaxing being ourselves helped us out a lot.

What are you anticipating from the upcoming games in Munich as the Game 3 now became a must win for your opponents?

They will be prepared to fight, they are home and I don’t expect anything less than their best game of the season. We aren’t trying to stay in Munich and give them chances so we will be trying to win game 3. It will be interesting.
